Cross Your Arts monitors state sales against economic nexus thresholds and registers when required.
Michigan
Nexus and obligation: Cross Your Arts has Michigan nexus from its first sale and is responsible for Michigan sales tax on marketplace orders delivered to Michigan shoppers.
Other states
No other state is listed for Cross Your Arts collection at launch. Cross Your Arts will monitor sales toward each state’s applicable threshold, register when required, and update this list when registration and collection status changes.
