Cross Your Arts
Effective date: October 25, 2026
This policy explains how return and refund requests work on Cross Your Arts. Items are sold by independent sellers, and each seller may have different return, cancellation, and refund terms. Review the terms shown on the product listing before placing an order. This policy applies alongside those listing terms and applicable law.
Before you order
Review the product listing and the seller’s return, cancellation, and refund terms before purchasing. The listing should explain whether returns are accepted, any applicable deadline, the condition required for a return, and who pays return shipping. If anything is unclear, contact the seller through Cross Your Arts before ordering.
Request help or a return
Contact the seller through Cross Your Arts Marketplace messaging or the order support feature as soon as possible. Sellers should respond within two business days. Include your order number and explain the issue. For a damaged, incorrect, or not-as-described item, include clear photos when available. Follow the seller’s return instructions, and do not mail an item back until the seller provides instructions.
If you and the seller cannot resolve the issue, contact Cross Your Arts through the marketplace support feature or at contact@crossyourarts.com. Cross Your Arts may review the order, help facilitate a resolution, or take action allowed by its marketplace terms and applicable law. Contacting Cross Your Arts does not guarantee a particular outcome.
Refunds and cancellations
A seller may approve a full or partial refund, including a refund for an individual item in a multi-item order. An issue with one item does not automatically require cancellation of the entire order. Refunds are generally returned through the original payment method and are subject to the payment provider’s processing time.
Shipping charges and sales tax will be refunded when applicable based on the approved refund, the seller’s disclosed terms, and applicable law. The original payment-processing fee will not be deducted from the amount refunded to you.
Orders that have not shipped may be eligible for cancellation under the seller’s terms. If a seller cannot ship within the promised time, the seller must follow applicable law, including providing a required delay notice and the option to cancel for a refund where required.
Seller terms and applicable law
Sellers are responsible for setting and following the return, cancellation, and refund terms shown on their listings. Those terms cannot limit rights or remedies you have under applicable law or Cross Your Arts marketplace terms.
